YMCA mural panels bring color to Uncle Billy’s demolition site
The first two of 40 mural panels painted by YMCA day camp art instructor Becky Marshal and the children were installed today surrounding the Uncle Billy’s demolition site. Hawaii County Council Member Sue Lee Loy, along with the YMCA, are supporting the beautification project. Panels are being painted for the public art installation with a little help from some younger locals.
